For small groups: in a housely dinner room, for bigger groups: in a cooking studio. Henkjan Laats, owner of the Cacaomuseum, worked as a chef in 3 restaurants.
The dinners will be prepared according to each season and the inspiration of the chef. An example of a four course dinner:
1. Salmon salad with white chocolate dressing
2. Chocolate and Aniseed Soup
3. Wild duck with chocolate sauce and blanched vegetables of the season
4. Chocolate volcano with lemon sorbet.
