During 3 - 4 hours you (and your friends or children) can learn about the origine of chocolate, the process of converting cacao in chocolate, and some delicious chocolate pastry receipts. The workshop is tailor-made: according to the age and interests of the joining group. The course is organized by Henkjan and by a professional pastry and chocolatemaker Yesica.
Since January 2015 we organized many successful chocolate activities. Yesica organized many chocolate workshops for kids and adults with art, information but especially learning about techniques and receipts with chocolate.
